Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end procurement and availability of raw materials required for sheet metal manufacturing operations.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective procurement.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimum stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.
Coordinate with production, planning, stores, and purchase teams to forecast material requirements.
Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with suppliers.
Ensure uninterrupted supply of steel sheets, coils, pipes, and other manufacturing raw materials.
Track material consumption, wastage, and inventory accuracy.
Identify and develop alternate vendors to reduce procurement risks.
Monitor market trends and raw material price fluctuations to support cost optimization initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and procurement procedures.
Generate and analyze procurement, inventory, and vendor performance reports.
Work closely with production planning teams to support manufacturing schedules.
