Job Description

Key Responsibilities:  
The Project Manager for ELV Systems is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of ELV projects 
from handover after award to final commissioning and client acceptance. The role involves 
planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines, budgets, and quality 
standards. This includes coordinating resources, managing subcontractors, ensuring compliance 
with standards, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders. The Project 
Manager ensures that projects in CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, BMS, Structured Cabling, and 
other ELV systems are delivered successfully and meet client expectations.  
Qualifications:  

•  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, 
• or related field. 
•  Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the ELV field, with a focus on 
• presales, design,  
•  and estimation for CCTV, ACS, Fire Alarm, and BMS systems. 
•  Certifications: Relevant certifications in CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, BMS, or other 
• ELV systems (e.g., Axis, Honeywell, Cisco certifications) are advantageous.  

Key Systems & Solutions Expertise:  

• CCTV & Surveillance Systems: Design, layout, camera selection, video management 
• systems. 
• Access Control Systems (ACS): Card readers, biometric systems, door controllers. 
• Structured Cabling: Fiber optics, copper solutions for data and voice communications. 
• Fire Alarm Systems: Addressable and conventional systems. 
• Public Address & Voice Evacuation: Speaker layouts, amplifiers, control systems. 
• Building Management Systems (BMS): Automation systems, HVAC controls, energy 
• monitoring. Audio Visual (AV) Systems: Projectors, screens, audio systems for boardrooms, and conference setups. 
• Telephony Systems: IP telephony, PBX systems, call management. 

Skills:  

• Gate Barriers & Security Systems: Vehicle control, security gates. 
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software. 
• Familiarity with estimation software and tools. 
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards (e.g., NFPA, EN, IEC). 
• Excellent understanding of ELV systems architecture and integration. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills. 

Working Conditions:  

1. The role requires site visits, supervision of on-site installations, and hands-on involvement in troubleshooting. 

2. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, when necessary to 

meet project deadlines or respond to emergencies.
