Hiring for Civil Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor with 5–6 years of relevant experience in construction and finishing works. The ideal candidate should have experience working on high-rise buildings, towers, malls, hotels, and other large-scale construction projects, with strong knowledge of civil finishing and site supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day civil construction and finishing activities at the project site.

Manage and monitor civil works including plastering, tiling, flooring, masonry, painting, waterproofing and other finishing activities.

Supervise contractors, subcontractors and site workers.

Ensure construction work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.

Monitor work progress and coordinate with engineers, contractors and other departments.

Check materials, workmanship and finishing quality.

Ensure proper use of construction materials, tools and equipment.

Maintain daily work and progress reports.

Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and company standards.

Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.

Ensure projects are completed within the required schedule and quality standards.

Required Experience & Skills

5–6 years of relevant experience as a Civil Supervisor.

Experience in high-rise buildings, towers, malls, hotels or large commercial projects.

Strong experience in civil finishing works.

Good knowledge of construction methods, materials and site practices.

Ability to supervise manpower and coordinate with contractors.

Ability to read and understand construction drawings.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
