Job Description

CCA Technician (Core & Coil Assembly) – Transformer Manufacturing
 

Location: Cairo, Egypt
Salary: USD 1400 – 1800
Contract: 1 Year Renewable

Role Overview:
We are hiring experienced CCA Technicians for a leading transformer manufacturing company in Egypt.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform transformer core and coil assembly operations
• Handle core stacking, coil mounting, and clamping activities
• Read technical drawings and assembly diagrams
• Ensure proper alignment and assembly accuracy
• Conduct in-process quality checks
• Follow safety and production standards

Requirements:
• 2–5 years of experience in transformer manufacturing or core/coil assembly
• Technical Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial field
• Knowledge of transformer assembly processes
• Experience using assembly tools and lifting equipment
