Job Description

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Development professional with strong exposure to HVAC, MEP, and electro-mechanical projects. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and securing projects across industrial, infrastructure, and data centre sectors. The ideal candidate should possess strong techno-commercial knowledge and a proven track record in project acquisition and client management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • B.E. / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in business development within HVAC, MEP, or electro-mechanical contracting companies.
  • Strong exposure to industrial, infrastructure, and data centre projects.
  • Good understanding of HVAC systems, MEP services, tendering, and project lifecycle.
  • Strong network with consultants, builders, developers, EPC contractors, and industrial clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle techno-commercial discussions independently.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
  • Willingness to travel for business development activities and client meetings.

Location - Mumbai & Hyderabad

Salary Up to 15 LPA to 20 LPA
