Job Description

Role: Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai
Experience: 2–3 years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls for real estate inquiries
  • Generate and qualify leads for property sales
  • Follow up with interested clients and maintain database
  • Explain project details and schedule site visits
  • Coordinate with sales team for conversions
  • Maintain call records and update CRM

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years experience in telecalling / telesales / customer service
  • Good communication skills (Hindi + English)
  • Experience in real estate / BFSI / sales preferred
  • Target-oriented and confident personality
  • Candidates based in Malad – Andheri belt preferred
