Job Description – Civil Engineer (Interior & Site Execution)

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to manage site execution and interior finishing works for ongoing projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality, timelines, and cost control at site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and supervise day-to-day site activities
• Manage interior finishing works including masonry, tiling, painting, carpentry, false ceiling, glass, electrical, waterproofing & plumbing
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams
• Plan and track material requirements and usage
• Prepare and verify BOQ, billing, and quantity measurements
• Monitor project progress and maintain daily/weekly reports
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety norms
• Handle site documentation and reporting

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in interior/site execution
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishing techniques, and site processes
• Good coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
