Hardness Testing - NDT Technician

Please find the below requirements for upcoming Oryx Shutdown. Kindly note the below details and attached excel sheet for your reference. Attached candidate summary tracker to be filled and ensure that the completed tracker is submitted for all CVs provided, as the management will review the tracker alongside the submitted CVs.

Detailed terms & conditions and jds of additional positions have been attached for your reference.

Only candidates holding an ECNR passport will be considered for further processing. Candidates must have a passport with a minimum validity of 12 months from October 2026. Candidates are required to carry their original passport when attending the interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be permitted to attend the interview. All the selected candidates must undergo a medical fitness test as per the client's & Applus guidelines. Medical reimbursement will be processed only for candidates who are declared medically fit. To claim medical reimbursement, candidates must submit the original medical bill, medical report, and payment receipt. Only candidates who are medically fit will be mobilized. Agency is not permitted to collect any money from candidates under any circumstances. If any evidence is found that an agency has collected money from a candidate, the same amount will be deducted from the agency's invoice, and such misconduct may result in the blacklisting of the agency. Offer details for all the mentioned positions will be shared asap.

Agency must not remove the candidates' contact details from the CVs. Every CV must include the following:

• Passport-size photograph
• Date of Birth
• Passport Number
• Passport Expiry date
• Mobile Number
• Email Address

Kindly mention your one-time agency sourcing fee. 5% WHT will be deducted and documented for the Agency to claim under the applicable Double Taxation Treaty.
Tax deduction evidence will be provided for record-keeping.  JD will be shared shortly.

Shutdown requirement

Main shutdowns start                            : 1st March 2027 Tentatively

Crew Mobilization                                   : 15th February 2027 Tentatively

Shutdown duration                                 : Minimum 2 Months to 4 Months

Interview planned (with client)          : 1st November 2026 Tentatively

Location agreed                                       : Chennai, Vishakhapatnam, Trichy & Mumbai

Duration of interview                              : 15days max.  Approx

Cv submission deadline                       : 15th Oct 2026

• Travel days, HSE training days, stand by days -no payment (company will provide the accommodation and food) 
• Shared accommodation
• Rest days no payment
• Standby at work site 50% rate will be applied (inside the plant -if no work)
