Job Description:
We are seeking a confident and experienced Front Desk Receptionist for our office based in Ahmedabad . The person will act as primary point of contact, managing the reception area and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
 Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
 Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
 Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
 Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
 Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
 Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
 Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
 Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock

Requirements:
 Should have pleasant personality and should be talkative personality.
 Should have good command over Gujarati and Hindi.
 Should be residing in Ahmadabad area of Gujarat only.
 Should greet the customers in a soft and polite manner.
 Soft Spoken, Good Height, Clear Voice, Good Looking & Expressive.
