Role Overview :- Seeking an experienced Head -Finishing Engineer (Expert) with strong expertise in luxury villas, premium residential developments, high-end interiors, and complete finishing works. The candidate should be capable of managing and supervising all architectural finishing activities, ensuring superior workmanship, premium aesthetics, quality standards, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and supervise complete finishing works for luxury villas and integrated residential projects.
• Oversee flooring, marble, tiling, false ceiling, painting, joinery, façade, glazing, waterproofing, wall finishes, and luxury interior fit-outs.
• Ensure high-quality execution as per approved drawings, material specifications, and finishing standards.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and MEP/VRF teams for seamless project execution.
• Monitor site progress, workmanship, material usage, and subcontractor performance.
• Conduct inspections, snag rectification, and quality checks to ensure premium finishing standards.
• Review shop drawings, mock-ups, material approvals, and sample installations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project timelines.
• Support project handover, final inspections, and closeout documentation.

Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Construction with 12–18+ years of experience in luxury villa or high-end residential finishing projects.
• Strong expertise in premium finishing, interiors, fit-outs, façade works, and luxury residential execution.
• Good knowledge of construction drawings, finishing materials, QA/QC standards, and site coordination.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• International project exposure preferred.
