EHS Executive

Job Title: EHS Executive

Role:
The EHS Executive will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a strong safety and environmental culture at GIC Industrial Components. This role will focus on ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while driving a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

* Implement and maintain effective safety and environmental policies, procedures, and programs
* Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
* Identify and implement measures to reduce workplace hazards and environmental impact
* Provide training and awareness programs for employees on safety and environmental procedures
* Coordinate with management to develop and implement corrective actions for non-compliances
* Maintain accurate records and reports of safety and environmental incidents
* Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for safety and environmental performance

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS roles, preferably in a manufacturing industry
* Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices in EHS
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software applications
