Key Responsibilities

Maintain all digital assets of the dealership as a proper representation of the brand.
Manage end-to-end digital leads, including prompt response, follow-up and closure.
Drive digital campaigns and promotional activities across relevant digital media platforms.
Drive digital adoption initiatives such as WYH download, Digital TV, Kiosk, etc.
Manage the dealership's presence and reputation across digital media/platforms.
Monitor digital engagement and identify opportunities to improve customer reach and interaction.
Coordinate with relevant dealership teams for effective execution of digital campaigns.
Track digital leads, responses and campaign performance.

Key Skills

Qualification & Experience

Graduate in any stream.
MBA from Tier 2 or 3 University preferred.
Certification course in Digital Marketing preferred.
Minimum 2 years of industry experience handling Social Media & Digital Marketing.
