Job Description

Key Responsibilities:  Handle customer inquiries related to the MMD3 portal via IVR or email.  Assist customers in registration, login, and navigation of the portal.  Resolve issues related to Shipping bill, VGM, Form 13 and Forwarding Note submission, error messages, or transaction failures.  Escalate technical issues to the IT/technical team and follow up until resolution.  Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.  Provide guidance on tariff, billing, and compliance processes related to MMD3.  Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely support.  Familiarity with ICEGATE, shipping documentation, or VGM submission.  Basic knowledge of MS Office and ticketing systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:  Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Commerce, Logistics, or IT background).  2–5 years of experience in customer service/helpdesk (shipping, logistics, or portal support preferred).  Good knowledge of online portals, data entry, and documentation processes.  Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi; regional language is a plus).  Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.  Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple queries simultaneously.
