Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a result-driven closing manager responsible for converting qualified leads into successful deals. The ideal candidate will own the final stage of the sales cycle, ensuring high conversion rates, strong client relationships, and revenue growth. This role requires strong negotiation, communication, and deal-closing expertise.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Deal Closure

  • Handle high-value prospects and convert them into paying clients
  • Lead final negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closure
  • Drive revenue targets by ensuring maximum conversion of qualified leads
  • Collaborate with the sales team to move leads through the pipeline efficiently

Client Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Address client objections and provide effective solutions
  • Ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding/account management

Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement closing strategies to improve conversion rates
  • Analyze sales data and identify opportunities to optimize closing performance
  • Work closely with marketing and pre-sales teams to align messaging

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain accurate records of deals, closures, and pipeline status
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics
  • Track KPIs such as conversion ratio, deal size, and revenue contribution

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet aggressive targets
  • Problem-solving and objection-handling skills
  • CRM tools knowledge (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in sales closing / business development
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
