Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Branch Manager to join our team in Vizag. The role will primarily focus on onboarding of manpower and custom liaisoning (VA custom), ensuring smooth day-to-day operational activities and compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

 Handle end-to-end onboarding process of manpower, including documentation and compliance.
 Coordinate and liaise with VA Customs and other authorities for smooth clearance and operational requirements.
 Maintain records, reports, and compliance documents as per company policy.
 Monitor and support day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency.
 Communicate and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
 Assist in resolving operational issues and escalate matters when required.
 Ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Requirements:
 Graduate in any discipline (preferably Commerce/Business/Logistics).
 3–4 years of relevant experience in operations, onboarding, and custom liaison.
 Knowledge of VA Customs and related compliance procedures.
 Good communication and interpersonal skills.
 Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
 Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
