Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise anchor handling and positioning during pipelay operations
  • Coordinate with barge crew, winch operators, and marine team
  • Ensure safe deployment, tensioning, and retrieval of anchors
  • Monitor anchor patterns and maintain vessel stability
  • Conduct pre-operation checks and ensure equipment readiness
  • Enforce safety procedures and compliance with offshore standards

Requirements:

  • 5–10 years of experience in pipelay / offshore marine operations
  • Proven experience as Anchor Foreman or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of anchor handling systems and winch operations
  • Ability to read anchor patterns and marine drawings
  • Good leadership and communication skills
