Location: Bengaluru
Reporting To: Managing Director / Leadership Team

Role Summary
The All-India Delivery Head will lead the execution and delivery of Electromechanical
(E&M/MEP) projects across India, ensuring timely completion, profitability, quality
compliance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities 
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Electromechanical projects across multiple locations in
India. 
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety
standards. 
• Manage project planning, execution, resource allocation, procurement coordination,
and project controls. 
• Drive profitability, billing, collections, and cost optimization across projects. 
• Build and maintain strong client, consultant, vendor, and stakeholder relationships.
• Lead and mentor regional/project teams to ensure high performance and excellence 
in execution.
• Monitor project risks, compliance, safety, and contractual obligations.
• Implement standardized delivery processes and best operational practices. 

Candidate Profile 
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / electrical engineering.
• 18–25+ years of experience in Electromechanical / MEP project delivery.
• Minimum 8+ years in leadership roles managing multi-location or Pan-India projects.
• Strong exposure to HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems.
• Proven track record in handling large commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or EPC 
projects.
• Strong leadership, commercial, stakeholder management, and execution 
capabilities.

Travel
Extensive travel across India required.
