ACCOUNTS MANAGER

Location: Bangalore
Salary: ₹12–18 LPA

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter

Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Accounts Manager to manage accounting operations, vendor payments, banking transactions, financial reporting, statutory compliance and project-wise accounting.
 

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage vendor payments, accounts payable and payment schedules.
- Handle NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI and corporate banking transactions.
- Monitor vendor outstanding balances and project-wise expenditures.
- Prepare MIS, financial reports, cash flow and budget vs. actual reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Ensure GST, TDS and other statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with vendors, banks, auditors and internal departments.
- Supervise the Accounts team and ensure proper financial controls.
 

Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate, construction or infrastructure preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and project accounting.
- Advanced MS Excel and proficiency in Tally/ERP systems.
- Good understanding of vendor payments, corporate banking, GST and TDS.
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
