This website is provided by Company to facilitate and provide easy option to You, as a Job seeker to provide CV’s to Us, to store your CV in our database and enable Us to utilize such CV’s and try to find Jobs for You.

4. No Guarantee:
By submitting your CV, you give your consent to Delta Recruitment Consultants Pvt. Ltd. (“Deltareco”) to utilize your CV to try and find job amongst clients of Deltareco and forward the details submitted by you to Deltareco’s clients for their considerations.
Deltareco will do its best to try and find a job for you, but Deltareco does not guarantee the job or the days / months / years to get you the job you are looking for.
The final decision of hiring you solely depends on the requirements of the Deltareco’s client. You understand that your placement or hiring will be at the discretion of the client’s decision and thereafter your decision to accept the job opportunity.
Deltareco does not guarantee the validity of a job offer and cautions Job Seekers to verify the validity of a job offer before taking an adverse action regarding their current employment situations. Job Seekers are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any Employer or job offer.
5. Payments and Validity:
Any payment made to Us, are NONREFUNDABLE and You understand that you cannot claim for refund. You understand that any payment made to Us through this website, is for the purpose of including your CV in our database.
You agree that decision to submit Your CV to Us and or make any payment to Us, is and will be solely Your decision and Deltareco in no way affects your decisions nor does it influence or compels You in any way for the same. In the event, if You feel you have been forced to make payment to Us or submit your CV to Us, please do not proceed further and discontinue the use of this website.
Deltareco shall endeavour to find a job for You, however, Deltareco does not guarantee job nor it is obligated to provide you job.
You agree and understand that Deltareco shall try to find job for You for a maximum period of 1 year. However, You hereby give consent to Deltareco to include in their database or utilize Your CV as per clause no. 6 and 7 in this Terms and Conditions, without any validity even after 1 year, if the Company intents to, as per its sole discretion.
6. Materials provided to / posted on any Deltareco’s web page:
By posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting your CV you are granting Deltareco, to use your CV’s in connection with the operation of Our recruitment consultancy businesses including, but without limitation, the rights to: copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat your CV; and to publish your name in connection with your CV. No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your CV, as provided herein. Company is under no obligation to post or use any CV you may provide and may remove any CV at any time as per Deltareco sole discretion.
7. Third Party:
You understand and give your consent to Us to use your CV and transfer or disclose to any third party, to enable us to find jobs for You. You acknowledge and agree that you are consenting to the continuous release of information about You to others. You understand when Your CV’s is provided to any third party, the third party may use or store your CV as per their privacy policy and We have no control over it. If you do not want information about You to be shared in this manner, do not use submit Your CV to Us.
8. Payment Related Information :
You acknowledge and agree that any credit card, debit card and related billing and payment information that you provide on this website during making payment to Us, may be shared with companies who work on Our behalf, such as payment processors and/or credit agencies, solely for the purposes of checking credit, effecting payment to Us.
You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Delta Recruitment Consultants Pvt. Ltd., a company organised and existing under the laws of India and its employees, officers, directors, trustees, shareholders, affiliates, partners, agents and third parties working with the Company, for any losses, costs or liabilities arising out of disclose of Your payment related to information to any third parties.
9. Use of Site by Minors
The website is not for use by anyone under the age of 18. In all jurisdictions outside India, if You are under the age of 18 or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, You must not proceed further and discontinue the use of this website.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Delta Recruitment Consultants Pvt. Ltd., a company organised and existing under the laws of India and its employees, officers, directors, trustees, shareholders, affiliates, partners, agents and third parties working with the Company, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the website or any services provided by Us, or any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations. Deltareco reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defences and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with Deltareco in asserting any available defences.
12. Arbitration:
In the event, if the parties are not able to resolve any dispute between them arising out of or concerning these Terms and Conditions, or any provisions hereof, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise at law or in equity for damages or any other relief, then such dispute shall be resolved only by final and binding arbitration pursuant to the Indian Arbitration Act, conducted by a single neutral arbitrator and administered by the Indian Arbitration Association. The arbitrators award shall be final, and judgment may be entered upon it in any court of Mumbai. In the event that any legal or equitable action, proceeding or arbitration arises out of or concerns these Terms and Conditions, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its costs and reasonable attorney's fees.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT POSSIBLE BY LAW, DELTARECO’S MAXIMUM LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY DELTARECO’S WEBSITE OR YOUR USE OF THE DELTARECO’S CONTENT, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, BREACH OF WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE), WILL NOT EXCEED INR 750 (RUPEES SEVEN HUNDRED AND FIFTY ONLY).
Deltareco assumes no responsibility, and disclaims all liability, for the content, accuracy, validity, completeness, legality, reliability, or availability of the website, the Deltareco’s Assessments tool, and any Assessment or Response.
14. Termination / Access restriction:
Deltareco reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to this website or and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Maharashtra (Mumbai) & INDIA and you hereby give consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Mumbai in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the website. Use of the website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between You and Deltareco, as a result of this agreement or use of the website. Deltareco performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Deltareco’s right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the website or information provided to or gathered by Deltareco with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
