Job Description

Location : Kuwait 

DEPARTMENT: Central Kitchen 
REPORTS TO: Central Kitchen Manager AND Supply Chain & Cost Control Management 

ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Storekeeper is responsible for the proper receiving, storage, issuing, handling, and control of all Central Kitchen inventory. This role ensures that stock is handled accurately, stored correctly, physically moved when required, and issued to production and branches on time according to company schedules. The Storekeeper has exclusive authority over stock handling and plays a critical role in inventory accuracy, food safety, cost control, and uninterrupted supply to branches.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. RECEIVING, LOADING & UNLOADING 
2. STOCK ACCESS CONTROL & AUTHORITY 
3. STORAGE & ORGANIZATION 
4. ISSUING, DISTRIBUTION & BRANCH SUPPORT 
5. INVENTORY CONTROL & DOCUMENTATION
6. INTERNAL WAREHOUSE & TRANSFER COORDINATION 
7. CLEANING, HYGIENE & COMPLIANCE
