Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)

  • 3+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience (US clients preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP

  • Hands-on experience with:

    • Zoho Books

    • QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)

  • Strong understanding of AP, AR, and reconciliations

  • High attention to detail and accuracy
